I looked at who had the most manufactured homes for sale in the area and it was Bobbi. When I called the office, she is the one who answered the phone, the rest is history at it's best.

I thought Bobbi did a very thorough job of finding comps and setting a reasonable price. The price point was higher than I had anticipated so I was very pleased with it. She had a marvelous game plan, and we stuck to it. We had an offer before we could even have an open house so had to cancel it. The negotiations went smoothly (as far as I could tell, since she did all the work).

It was a pleasure to work with Bobbi. She is personable, friendly, and enthusiastic. She is very knowledgeable of the market and how to showcase your home to its fullest. She is very accessible and responds quickly to questions or concerns.

Bobbi was very adamant about staging the house and having it as clean and sparkling as possible. She gave us great advice about making the little things "pop", such as new knobs on the kitchen cabinets, cleaning vents and window sills. Everything she said to do, we did, and it paid off beautifully. Overall, a very pleasurable experience and we can't thank her enough.
